The Mahindra XEV 9e, another star from Mahindra’s stable, also made its debut at the Unlimit India event. Priced between Rs 21.90 lakh and Rs 30.50 lakh, this electric SUV shares a platform with the BE6 but offers a slightly different experience. The XEV 9e comes in four trims and offers two battery options (59 kWh and 79 kWh) with driving ranges of 542 km and 656 km, respectively. Competing directly with the Tata Harrier EV, the XEV 9e promises to be a game-changer in the segment. Deliveries for this model began in April 2025.

Tesla has finally brought its iconic Model Y to India in July 2025, and it’s already creating quite a buzz. The Model Y is available in two trims—RWD and RWD Long-Range—with prices starting at Rs 59.89 lakh and going up to Rs 67.89 lakh. The car’s range is impressive: 500 km with the 63 kWh battery and 622 km with the 83 kWh version, both according to the WLTP cycle. 4. Tata Harrier EV
